Batswana women get another chance to win recognition

She is a well-known figure in the arts and culture circles, having scooped the Thari ya Sechaba award as well as the Arts and Culture Practioner awards last year.

She is Judith Sefhako and no one can dispute that if anyone deserved the two awards then it was indeed Sefhako as she stood head and shoulder above the rest.

The opportunity for another Motswana woman to scoop the prestigious Five Roses Thari ya Sechaba award is here again. Five Roses, who have taken it upon themselves to recognise the good work done by women and the contributions they make to society, have launched the 2008 awards.
