Al Jazeera at No 1 Ladies Opera House

At 19hr30 the dapper Slater, resplendent in his tuxedo and sleek platinum hair, welcomed the motley crew of an audience that was put together through word of mouth, power of Internet communication, SMS, radio and any other means possible these days. "Might get a little bit bored, but I want you to look always enthusiastic," said Slater, an instruction that got the willing crowd laughing.
