Court rejects ex- teacher’s bid to return to work
LOBATSE: The High Court here has dismissed an application by a former Principal Education Officer who wanted government to reinstate him after it compulsorily retired him at the age of 60, ruling that he could not rely on protections under the repealed Teaching Service Act once he moved into a non-teaching position.
