Entertainment and sport mostly go hand-in-hand and in some cases it is always hard to separate the two. Even the biggest sporting events in the world like the Olympics and FIFA World Cup usually kickstart with some music performances.

Although not as big as these global events, similarly the BTC Charity Cup football tournament held over the weekend at the National Stadium would not have made sense without performances, especially from local artists.

Despite the fact that the performers were not voted for like the teams playing in the tournament they managed to keep the crowd entertained as they awaited the final between Township Rollers and Gaborone United.
