BMD Pilane takes war to UDC

The Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD) faction led by Sidney Pilane has rubbished the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) verdict that found their leadership to be illegitimate.

When they moved swiftly to send a letter to the Ndaba Gaolathe faction to talk about power-sharing, one would have assumed they  readily agreed with the verdict.

Things have, however, since taken a new twist with the committee refuting UDC president, Duma Boko’s assertions that there is no legitimate BMD leadership due to circumstances under which the elections were held.
