The youth league took the decision to endorse the formation of a new party during a closed-door meeting held in Palapye on Wednesday.
Advocate Sydney Pilane and Gaolathe are claiming to be legitimate presidents of the two BMD factions, a development that has rekindled talk of a new party spearheaded by the latter and his backers. Gaolathe and Pilane’s factions held separate elective congresses at Bobonong in July this year.
