UDC to contest by-election with new symbol

The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) has approved a new symbol for the Umbrella Democratic Change (UDC).

The new symbol is a royal blue umbrella enclosed in a circle of the same colour, with the party name written underneath.

The new symbol was approved this week by the IEC. UDC will use the new symbol at Tshimoyapula ward by-election and in the 2019 general elections.
