BOSETU Reacts To The 2016 Junior Certicate Results

The teacher trade union BOSETU notes the release of the 2016 Final Examinations Results on Friday 21st January 2016.

l We note as well that the release from the Botswana Examinations Council points to a slight drop in students who obtained grades C or better by 0.87% from 33.41% last year, 2015, to 32.54%, this year, 2016.

l We further note that, this drop, though slight, is quite significant and should never be underplayed, especially in view of the fact that it’s a drop from an already low and deplorable national result.
