Retrenched BDP employees speak out

Retrenched Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) management believe they were the proverbial grass that suffered in the ongoing political power battles in the party.

The BDP last week retrenched four of its top management -  executive secretary Sechele Sechele, his deputy Lee Lesetedi, political officer Martha Keboletse and accounting officer Osenotse Malela. 

One of the fired employee told Mmegi that they had long known their fate before the central committee met on Monday.
