Electronic retail giant Samsung partnered with local designer Thato Mokgadi of Thato@Whis to launch the NX mini camera, which is set to possibly hit the Botswana market soon. The launch that was hosted recently was held under the theme ‘Fashion and technology collide in the perfect union’.

Speaking at a press conference Mokgadi expressed that she is a social media junkie who uses the networking sites to push her brand.

She said that prior to the fashion show she had embarked on a Facebook campaign with a theme Dare To Be You or #DTYB to encourage people to dedicate a moment in their day to be themselves.
