Botswana has been handed a tough draw for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers as they were paired against Algeria, Guinea, Uganda, Mozambique and Somalia.
The draw was conducted in Abidjan this evening. Only the group winners proceed to the finals, which will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico while the four best placed teams from all the groups meet to determine the side that will participate in a continental play-off
