Tebogo gears for 200m heat

Letsile Tebogo continues his Olympic Games journey tonight as he competes in the men's 200m heats.

Tebogo is seeded in heat three. He will be going up against Brendan Rodney (Canada), Makanakaishe Charamba (Zimbabwe), Timothe Mumenthaler (Switzerland), Benjamin Richardson (South Africa), Koki Ueyama (Japan) and Filipo Tortu of Italy. Three in each heat advance to the semi final, while the remaining runners participate in the repechage round except those who did not start (DNS), did not finish (DNF) and disqualified (DQ).
