FRANCISTOWN: Premier League outfit, Sua Flamingoes will on Thursday appear before the Sua Town District labour offic in yet another dispute with its former assistant welfare manager.

Thatayotlhe 'Pele' Gaokgorwe who is the club’s former assistant welfare manager insists that his verbal contract with the club was terminated with six months remaining. Pele left Flamingoes in June after he was told that the club no longer need his services. He however maintains that he had a verbal contract with the club agreed in January this year and was to end in December. For this reason, he is now demanding that club pay him wages from July to December for 'unfairly terminating' his contract.

On the other hand, sources have said that the club insists that Gaokgorwe’s verbal agreement started from June last year until June this year. In addition, the club is of the view that the decision to part ways with the welfare manager was procedural.
