With just seven goals to what will be a century haul in his Botswana Premier League (BPL) career, forward, Thabang Sesinyi has his eyes on netting the highest tally in a single season record.

The Jwaneng Galaxy striker has walked away with a third consecutive top goal scorer accolade after finishing the just-ended season with 16 goals. It is, however, his lowest return in the last three seasons. The haul moves Sesinyi to 93 Premier League goals, leaving him needing only seven to hit the 100-goal mark.

The Pilikwe United product managed a single goal in his debut Premier League season with Notwane. He enjoyed his best season with Orapa United in the 2015-2016 season with a return of 15 goals. In the following season, 'Gaucho' managed to score 14 goals for the Ostriches before he found the back of the net 24 times in his return to the local league in the 2021-2022 season.
