FNB Premiership giants, Township Rollers, sent a powerful message on the pitch over the weekend by thumping Sua Flamingoes 5-1 despite the recent off field controversies surrounding the club.

Popa Popa’s emphatic victory came at a time when the side has been under scrutiny following disciplinary sanctions that saw three points deducted.

They were docked points for not honouring their fixture against Calendar Stars earlier this season after players downed tools over unpaid wages.
