TLOKWENG: Township Rollers’ head coach, Abdelaziz Karkache, has said he is looking to develop a winning mentality for the team.

That was after the team moved level with FNB Premiership leaders, TAFIC, over the weekend. On Saturday afternoon Rollers beat Security Systems 1-0 in the FNB Premiership tie played at the Royal Aria Stadium. The Blues remain second but are now on level with points with TAFIC. The leaders over the weekend hit a speed bump and suffered a 2-0 away loss to Matebele FC at the BPSC Stadium. Karkache said his side would need to win their games on a regular basis to have a shout at the championship.

“We need to win regularly; we need to win all our games. It is important to have this mentality. We know Rollers are expected to win the league but we are not the only good team. There are teams like TAFIC,” he said. Systems could have taken the lead inside the first five minutes but Morgan Gaseitsiwe failed to get one against his former side as he shot over the bar.
