Ready to go: Preparations for the UB Marathon are at an advanced stage

Preparations are well underway for the University of Botswana's (UB) much-anticipated fourth annual marathon slated for September 7, which promises to be thrilling. As part of its ongoing preparations for the main event, the marathon’s Local Organising Committee has planned an activation scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday).

Speaking in an interview this week, Race Director Justice Dipeba noted that all hands were on deck to ensure the smooth delivery of the 2025 edition.

He stated that the marathon has grown in the last few years and they were looking to have more participants this year.
