Experienced administrator, Tebogo ‘Gerda’ Ntesang has made history after she became the first Motswana and woman to be appointed CEO of the Botswana Cricket Association (BCA). She joins the body following early retirement from the Ministry of Sport and Arts (MoSA) where she served as Principal Programmes Officer.

The jovial Ntesang also worked for the then Botswana National Sport Council (BNSC) for 13 years, holding different portfolios, such as coordinator for Re Ba Bona Ha and Women and Sport Botswana (WASBO).

She brings with her more than 24 years of sport management experience.
