Mokgwathi scoops bronze at World Para Championships

Bose Mokgwathi has scooped the first medal for Botswana at the ongoing World Para Athletics Championships in New Delhi, India.

Calistus Kolantsho Staff Writer Mokgwathi won a bronze medal posting a new Personal Best (PB) of 49.66 in the men's T13 400m. His fellow country man, Edwin 'Tiger' Masuge who was struggling with a hamstring injury finished in position six, clocking 51.65. Meanwhile, Gloria Majaga will be in action in the women’s T13 400m on Sunday.
