League games postponed amidst flood rains

Following flood rains that have affected most parts of the country, the Botswana Football League (BFL) has announced a postponement of the FNB premiership match week 21.

According to the press statement, the BFL is following recommendations from the secretariat and is "considering the safety and well-being of players, staff, and the football lovers themselves".

The games will be played at a date to be communicated. The affected games are Jwaneng Galaxy vs Flamingo Santos, Chadibe FC vs Gaborone United, Extension Gunners vs Morupule Wanderers, Township Rollers vs Tafic FC, Sua Flamingoes vs BDF XI, Nico United vs Orapa United, Mochudi Centre Chiefs vs VTM FC, and Matebele FC vs Security Systems.

The games were to be played on Saturday and Sunday at various locations.
