Hyrox fever has gripped fitness fanatics of a competition that combines running with workouts as Gaborone prepares to host the second edition of the simulation tournament. Certified Hyrox coach, Kabo Molefe, told MmegiSport that they will host the second edition of Hyrox Simulation on November 8 inside Jack’s Gym at Molapo Crossing.

He said they have been licensed as a Hyrox training club. Unlike traditional races or obstacle courses, hyrox events follow an identical format, wherever they are in the world.

Eight exercise stations are interspersed with one-kilometre runs.
