The women's softball team is finding that life is difficult at the ongoing World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) World Cup group stages in Dublin, Ireland.

Botswana suffered a 7-0 defeat in their first match at the hands of the hosts, Ireland on Tuesday. Botswana suffered second defeat of 15-0 at the hands of the defending champions, USA yesterday in the second Group A clash. USA came into the match on the back of a 5-0 victory against China Taipei. Today, Botswana has a tough assignment when they face Australia in the morning followed by an afternoon clash against China Taipei. Australia has bagged maximum points after beating Ireland 4-0. The last match for Botswana will be against Great Britain on Friday.
