The battle for the First Division South league title has now been left to two teams following a weekend of interesting results across the region. With three rounds of matches to be played, log leaders, Dinare FC will now only battle Prisons XI for the title and subsequent promotion to the elite league.

Both Prisons XI and Dinare are currently tied at 42 points each with the latter now sitting at the summit with a superior goal difference. The Ramotswa-based side took charge of the league table following a commanding 3-0 win over Holy Ghost.

Prisons XI on the other hand moved to 42 points after their 0-0 draw with Notwane on Saturday afternoon, in the process surrendering their position at the top to Dinare.
