The Botswana Football Association (BFA) is in talks with Senegal and Cameroon in an effort to secure a high profile international friendly match for the Zebras.

BFA had been eyeing Algeria for a friendly match early next month on the FIFA international friendly dates October 7-11, but the Desert Foxes opted for a date against the more illustrious Ghana. Indications are that Zebras may still play the Desert Foxes early next year.

The association has since turned to wooing the "Indomitable Lions" of Cameroon and Senegal's "Lions of Teranga" in a bid to get the Zebras tough opposition ahead of next year's Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) debut in Equatorial Guinea/Gabon.
