Will Chiefs deliver?

After raiding the transfer market in search of quality players, the star-studded Mochudi Centre Chiefs' looks is easily one of the clubs to watch this season. But the question is whether Magosi would deliver. Chiefs has always been an impressive side but faltered at crucial moments when least expected.

However, this time it appears that the football fraternity is going to be exposed to a transformed and an ambitious side that boasts of big names. During the transfer period, the management went all out to recruit top players. One of Magosi's biggest catch is former Gunners' and national team utility player, Tshepo 'Talk Talk' Motlhabankwe. For a number of years, the player has been a pillar of strength for the Lobatse-based Gunners in its many relegation battles. He made his debut for Magosi during the Orange Kabelano Charity Cup.

Motlhabankwe's first goal for Chiefs came in the penalty shoot- out win against Township Rollers. Later in the final against Notwane, he equalised for Magosi with a wonderful goal. Chiefs have also snapped former BDF XI dangerman Mpho Mabogo.
The man behind the revival of the Kgatleng side is corporate chief Ernest Molome, the club chairman.
