Under-14 tennis team leaves for CAT circuit

FRANCISTOWN: The Botswana Tennis Association (BTA) has sent the Under-14 side to take part in the Confederation of African Tennis (CAT) circuit in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Under-12 side is currently participating in the tournament.

The Under-14 team of three boys and four girls left for Zimbabwe on Tuesday under coach Ernest Seleke. Similo Sibanda, Innocent Tidimane and Keodiretse Seboko are in the boys' team while the girls' squad has Keamogetse Kesetselemang, Warda Maseko, Nthabisang Mogopodi and Gorata Keabile.

Seleke said the team has played together in local and international competitions and thiswould help them in Zimbabwe. "The team has prepared well and they have experience at international level," he said.
