Transfer window closes on low key

There were no big signings as the transfer window closed on Saturday midnight. Unlike in the past seasons, this was one of the quietest transfer windows. Even Notwane's crafty midfielder, Dirang Moloi who has been offloaded has not moved. The relationship between Toronto and the wayward player has been strain and that is why he has been put on sale.

Moloi had been AWOL since last year from Notwane. Information reaching Mmegi Sport indicate that the club has put a high price on the midfielder and this has chased away potential buyers. Notwane has managed to retain loyal defender, Mpoeleng 'Stopper' Mpoeleng who was on the wanted list of Extension Gunners. Toronto have recruited Maungo Moeti from Gosten FC and former Maletamotse player Odirile Mokgethi.

BDF XI failed to acquire the services of Township Rollers' striker Terrence Mandaza. The player joined Mapalastina this season from relegated Francistown side, TASC. BDF XI have  released Keorapetse Baroma to Mogoditshane Fighters while Kenny Ramodisa has joined Gunners. Kago Nfila has joined TAFIC from Mogoditshane Fighters who welcome Pepukani Michael from BR Highlanders and Obakeng Gaanabeng from Gaborone United (GU).
