FRANCISTOWN: Burkina Faso’s Stallions received a warm welcome when they touched down at the Francistown International Airport yesterday afternoon ahead of their clash with the Zebras tomorrow.

Hordes of supporters lined up to welcome the team. The supporters arrived just moments before lunchtime to welcome the team. Even when it was announced that the team would not arrive on scheduled time, the fans remained patient.

The team was initially scheduled to arrive around lunchtime with a chartered flight from Johannesburg, but their flight was delayed by slightly above two hours.
