Softball clubs happy with new administration

Clubs and teams have expressed their satisfaction with the running of the softball league in the country. Some clubs and teams' representatives Mmegi Sport spoke to this week affirm that since the league committee took over the management of the league, everything has been running smoothly.

In the past, the executive committee ran the league and there were a lot of complaints as clubs felt the committee's hands were full and that there was need for the formation of the league committee.

 
Bobby Khupe of Blue Angels said 'lots of positive changes' have taken place since the committee assumed responsibility. He said unlike the executive committee, the league committee is able to quickly resolve issues. He added that they are now able to receive fixtures on time and "protests are also resolved in a short period of time".
