Simanyana sends Rollers through

Township Rollers' nippy footed midfielder, Ntesang Simanyana scored a goal and the created the other yesterday to send his side to the semi-finals of the Mascom Top 8 tournament.

Rollers defeated ECCO City Greens 2-1 in a pulsating second leg match played at Molepolole Sports Complex.Rollers won the by the same score in the first leg and therefore progressed to the next stage of the competition with 4-2 aggregate.

As the home team, ECCO needed to score a goal and avoid conceding if they were to advance. They made some changes to the side that started in the first leg. Midfielder, Mmoloki Kafuko returned to the side after missing the first game.
