 How are they hired to do that job, do you wake up and go to BFA and tell them that you want to be a referee and given a go ahead to do something you have been never been initiated to.

I do not want to sound paranoid, but I was really disenchanted by the referee and his assistant on the match between Gaborone United and Extension Gunners on Sunday in Molepolole Stadium. Even the assistant referees approved and are of the same mind to that action. Secondly it was a goal which came through the leg of Sandaka, and Chikomo tried to finish it and he was said to be offside.
