Sportsman of the Year, Oteng Oteng is set to shine again at the third annual Debswana Botswana Boxing Association (BoBA) awards on Saturday at Boipuso hall.

The 22-year-old has been nominated alongside Mmoloki Nogeng and Bathusi Mogajane in the Boxer of the Year category, and he already looks a clear favourite following a year full of triumphs.

He won Botswana's only other gold medal at the 2011 All-Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique, last September and went on to add another gold at the Zone IV Championships where he was also named Boxer of the Tournament. To add on to his accolades, he won another gold at the Keone Mooka Mageu national championships late last year, and once again emerged boxer of the tournament.
