On a weekend in which Nico United were asked to provide answers to their critics who doubted their pedigree, the team wilted under pressure against a timid Township Rollers side.

United had found themselves at the summit of the log, alongside Mochudi Centre Chiefs on 46 points. Their form, particularly during a congested Easter programme, had ignited talk that the team might be in for the title.However, their poor form away from home again returned to haunt Majombolo who lost 3-2 to Rollers in a match that only rose to expectations in the dying minutes.
