FRANCISTOWN: Three little known sides will make their debut in the First Division North league hoping to upset traditional campaigners for a spot in next season's Premier League campaign.

Two-Two-Five from Senete, Maun-based Sankoyo Bush Bucks and Bobonong's Peace Makers will make a grand entry into the First Division replacing the promoted duo of FC Satmos and Great North Tigers (GNT) and defunct Boteti Young Fighters. There is another exciting development, with all the Boteti teams merging to form one side called Orapa XI to compete in the First Division. Two-Two-Five bought the Boteti Young Fighters' franchise. After a brief delay, the league will kick off with a full programme tomorrow. Senete soccer fans will experience their first ever First Division match on Saturday when their team Two-Two-Five welcome Orapa XI. The game promises to be an interesting clash as the two have never met before. An electrifying game is expected between Mahalapye Hotspurs and Motlakase Power Dynamos. Hotspurs were involved in two-race horse with Satmos last season and eventually faltered while Motlakase failed to save their Premier League status. Motlakase will be out to ensure a good start when they travel to Mahalapye for their first First Division game in three seasons. The Palapye were promoted to the Premier League two seasons ago and made a brave fight last season, reaching the finals of the Coca Cola Cup. Unpredictable Sua Flamingoes take a long trip to face Sankoyo Bush Bucks in Maun while BR Highlanders welcome Maun Tigers in Mahalapye. Under new head coach Phethego Sonduza Rantshothe, Tonota FC entertain TASC in Tonota. No Mathata make the short trip to Bobonong to face debutants Peace Makers. First Division North secretary Moraole Sikwane urged clubs to take fixtures seriously to avoid postponements. "I urge you all to take the league games seriously as we want to finish our league on time. Teams that are not going to comply will face disciplinary action," he said.
