MOLEPOLOLE: Mmakgoroba has won the second edition of the Molepolole South constituency football tournament held over the President’s Day holidays.

The competition was sponsored by The Good Samaritan Foundation to the tune of P80,000.

The tournament attracted 67 clubs from the constituency, which were divided into social and youth clubs. Mmakgoroba won the social clubs championship through a penalty shoot out after the final ended in a 1-1 draw against Matlapeng. Mmakgoroba won all their matches and their goalkeeper, Oageng Lebang walked away with the goalkeeper of the tournament award.
