FRANCISTOWN: A crisis has erupted in the Miscellaneous FC camp thereby threatening the Serowe based side's chances of surviving the dreaded axe with only seven games before the season ends.

Scores of irate Miscellaneous' players, who talked to Mmegi Sport on condition of anonymity, said they are considering a massive industrial action over unpaid salaries over a period of four months.  The players also said the period might increase to five because they are doubtful that the club has got the capacity to pay their April salaries. "The players' morale has hit its lowest. Players are not happy at all, so we are on the verge of embarking on a massive industrial action," said one of the senior players at the club popularly known as 'Tse Nala' in football circles.

This comes at a time when the ongoing be-MOBILE Premier League enters its crunch stages of the season. Clubs are now jostling for the top-eight bracket finish, while those in the relegation zone are fighting tooth and nail to avoid the drop.'Tse Nala' is sitting precariously above the relegation zone. Miscellaneous are sitting on position 12 after accumulating 24 points from 23 outings. The Serowe based side is just a point ahead of Prisons XI and Notwane and five points shy of 15th placed Mogoditshane Fighters.
