Mafolofolo in Kenya for Africa Club Championships

Mafolofolo are the Zone VI champions after winning last year's Africa Club Championships held in Windhoek, Namibia. The team has a history of bringing mixed results from the competition, the best being position four attained in Mauritius in 2004. Coach, Kabo Ntshinogang complained about lack of proper training, but still remained optimistic that his girls would do well.
They prepared for the event in East Africa only by playing league matches. Ntshinogang said some of the teams that they played against did not give them enough competition.He however, said their target is position three or four in a competition where over 20 countries are expected to participate. His hope is based on the fact that most of the players have been to the competition before and will know what to do when the going gets tougher.
