Improving figures restore Premier League shine

Recently released Premier League clubs’ revenue figures point to a bright future with seven of the 16teams raking in more than P1million last season.

Former champions, Township Rollers led the way with a total revenue of P2, 587, 444, and the highest number of spectators watching their game.

Of the total amount, Rollers made P1, 166, 520 from the gates. The club made the rest of the money from the league and Mascom grants, Mascom league prize money as well as revenue from the Mascom Top 8.
