The Extension Gunners' executive committee has set a new date for its special general meeting that was supposed to take place last Sunday. The meeting will now be held this Sunday in Lobatse.

It failed to take place last weekend because of lack of quorum. Gunners' spokesperson, Abdul Kgengwenyane told Mmegi Sport yesterday that the two that will be discussed at the meeting cannot wait for the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) in August.

The first item is the financial report by the treasurer that was not discussed at the last AGM. The other issue that prompted the special meeting is vacant posts that need to be filled.Gunners have been left without a chairman following the resignation of William Maboane recently. The resignation followed his dismissal from the Botswana Premier League (BPL) executive committee where he was serving as a treasurer.
