Gunners' official accuse players of sabotage

A major overhaul is looming at Extension Gunners after a club official accused players of sabotaging coach Daniel 'Chicco' Nare. Gunners' spokesman Cassim Dada said after the heartbreaking 4-2 loss to Flamengo Santos on Sunday that he believes a massive sacking of players is necessary to rectify the situation.

"It is not that Chicco is not a good coach. If you look from our game against Gaborone United until Sunday's game, you can see that some of our players have been plotting our downfall," Dada said.

"We need a review to see if some of the players deserve wearing the black and white jersey. There is no point in having people who are just there to add up the numbers," he said. Dada is not even worried that the transfer window is closed and they do not have replacements if they sack players. He said the club is better off without the rebellious players whatever the circumstances. He asserted that already, Gunners have a deficit of players because the ones currently sabotaging Nare are technically not at the club. "It (sacking players) does not create a deficit in our team because we already have the deficit even with these players in our register. We are still lacking in many areas but we have players in those departments who are only there to drain the team's resources," he explained.
