Gunners next as Chiefs seek control at the top

Log leaders, Mochudi Centre Chiefs will have a chance to increase their lead at the top of the be MOBILE Premier League table when they take on Extension Gunners at the UB Stadium tomorrow.

The match was supposed to be played on March 4, but had to be postponed due to Gunners' involvement in the CAF Confederations Cup.Chiefs opened a six-point lead following their 5-3 victory over FC Satmos on Saturday. A victory tomorrow would see them open a nine-point gap over second placed Township Rollers as well as third placed BMC. Chiefs had to come from behind twice in their game against Satmos to survive a scare.

The teams were tied 2-2 at half-time. Satmos took the lead in the second half before Chiefs scored two goals to secure the win. Gunners on the other hand defeated ECCO City Greens 1-0 to revive their chances of finishing in the top eight. The game kicks off at 7.30pm.
