Struggling Premiership giants Gaborone United have denied parting ways with coach David Bright despite being strongly linked with the former coach of Township Rollers and Mochudi Centre Chiefs, Rahman Gumbo, who arrived in the country Monday night.

Part of the GU management is reportedly rooting for Bright's dismissal following a poor start to the season that continued with the 2-1 loss to Notwane last Friday.

The club's top brass is reportedly unhappy with the team's run so far. GU is currently 11th on the log table, 10 points behind log leaders, Chiefs. The side has five points from its opening four games of the 2013/14 season.
