GU show early intent

Former champions Gaborone United (GU) have made their intentions clear early on in the season as they preserved their unbeaten start to the be MOBILE Premier League campaign with a hard fought 2-1 win over TAFIC on Saturday.

The win keeps the Reds at the top, just a point ahead of nearest rivals, Mochudi Centre Chiefs.

However, despite the good start, the 2009 champions would be worried by the indiscipline in their camp. Five members of the GU side, including four players have been red-carded in the opening four matches. Coach Elvis Chiweshe was red carded in his first official match in charge.
