GU offload Sandaka, sign Zim striker

Gaborone United (GU) have parted ways with striker Sageby Sandaka and have roped in revered Zimbabwean forward Dylan Chivandire.

Sandaka was handed his dismissal letter early this week which states that the club no longer needs his services "because of football reasons".

The former Zimbabwe Warriors hit man has over six months left on his contract with the club and revealed that he was in the dark as to why his contract has been terminated.  The letter, which Mmegi Sport has, only cites "football reasons" as the reason for the termination of the deal. According to the letter, GU will pay his salary for December only if he returns club property.
