LOBATSE: The government has ordered a contractor to pay for the costs of the re-grassing of the Lobatse Stadium, which began three weeks ago. The stadium was closed recently, only a few months after it was officially opened by Malawian President, Bingu wa Mutharika.

The Minister of Infrastructure, Science and Technology, Johnnie Swartz, yesterday toured the facility, the first time since it was closed.
