Friends fight over Moloi

Notwane chairman, Molebatsi Molebatsi, has attacked his counterpart at Mochudi Centre Chiefs, Ernest Molome for trying to take advantage of their friendship to sell international midfielder, Dirang Moloi, to South African side Jomo Cosmos.

Molebatsi said that Molome is trying to sell Moloi without the consent of Notwane.

However, Molome has denied the accusations saying that Molebatsi gave the deal his blessings. It is understood that Molome tried to use underhanded tactics to sell Moloi to Cosmos, which was demoted from the Absa Premier League last season. Reports say Moloi had to return from Sir Seretse Khama Airport where he was to board a plane to South Africa on Monday after he was told that Notwane knew very little about the deal.
