Fighters won't change coach yet

Maruapula said the executive meeting they held on Tuesday resolved that they continue with Kgwengweyane, as firing him would be a miscalculation since they are only left with two games before the end of the season. He added that the committee that would take over at the beginning of next season would decide Kgwengwenyane's fate, as they (current committee) do not have a problem with him.
"We are very comfortable with him, hence we decided to continue with him," Maruapula added. He said there are few sections of supporters who want the coach to be relieved of his duties. But such suggestions would create pressure and confusion in the Fighters, who are in a very delicate position and face possible relegation. Earlier in the week, there were reports that Kgengwenyane had been shown the door because of the team's poor run.
