Cracks emerge at BR Highlanders

As relegation-bound BR Highlanders bid farewell to topflight football, cracks have emerged within the club forcing a key executive member to resign.

The club recently added new members to the executive and the new members, according to sources, have failed to gel with colleagues from the First Division contingent.  Club chairman El-Cajon Bautlwetse is said to have long stopped attending events, including training sessions and matches.

Former club secretary, Kefilwe Motshegwa, who recently resigned, said she gave up because of the squabbles. She accused one of the new members of making her job difficult.
