FRANCISTOWN: Midfielders, Tendai Nyumasi, Lesego Galenamotlhale and Zebras’ left back, Edwin Olerile have gone for trials at South African First Division side, FC Cape Town.

It is said Galenamotlhale of Mochudi Centre Chiefs and Olerile from Gaborone United were destined for Chippa United until a trial at the club was cancelled at the eleventh hour. “The players began training at FC Cape Town yesterday (Tuesday) after they arrived on Monday. From what I have seen in training, they have definitely made a good impression and I am hopeful they will be signed.

They will be taking part in a friendly match today (Wednesday),” the three players’ agent, Comfort ‘Bigfish’ Ramatebele of Glamour Sports said yesterday from South Africa. “The trials will last until probably on Friday. That is when the decision on the players is likely to be made,” he explained.
