Top lawyer tips Khato civils to bag the P900 000 000 without breaking sweat after parly blunder

Respected defence lawyer Kgosi Ngakaagae has tipped contractor Khato Civils to bag the P900 million of their recently awarded 100km Masama-Mmamashia water tender without breaking a sweat, thanks to a parliament vote that threw the spanner in the works, living  the project which is currently at mobilisation stage, in limbo.

Parliament on Friday voted  26-24  against the proposal to authorise payment for the project and its inclusion in the development plan. 

The project was awarded to Khato Civils Joint venture early July and the contractor is on site carrying out mobilisation, after recently advertising tens of vacancies in the local print media.
